JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in [Location]. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. The intern will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, employee engagement, training, and other HR functions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is desirable.
