1. Must be able to speak in Telugu, Hindi, English
2. Proven experience in tele calling or customer service role preferred
3. Excellent verbal communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and partners
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
