Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Evaluate current operational processes to improve efficiency, particularly in customer interactions
2. Analyze operational data, including customer feedback, to propose data-driven improvements
3. Aid in managing projects related to process enhancements
4. Assist in maintaining high-quality standards across operations, especially in customer interactions
5. Oversee the collection and analysis of customer feedback to drive improvements
6. Support the implementation of CRM systems for better customer relationship management
7. Help in using calling tools to enhance communication and track interactions
8. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on operational metrics and feedback
9. Collaborate with various departments to align operational activities with organizational goals
10. Identify and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
11. Assist in miscellaneous projects assigned by management related to operations and customer relationship management
Requirements:
1. Enrolled in an MBA program with a focus on operations management, business administration, or related fields
2. Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze operational data
3. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar
4. Excellent organizational and project management skills
5. Effective communication and collaboration abilities
