Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the digital marketing team to develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, & advertising campaigns as per the guidelines of the CMO
2. Create a content & display calendar aligned with marketing objectives, target audience preferences
3. Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to produce multimedia content that resonates with the target audience
4. Explore and analyze digital marketing trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and optimization in terms of maximizing the effective lead generation
5. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing, to achieve business goals
6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement matrix, conversion rates, and ROI to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
7. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences and drive desired outcomes, such as lead generation, sales, or brand awareness
8. Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, & ensure campaigns are delivered on time within budget
9. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights for future optimization
10. Supervise and mentor junior digital marketing executives, providing guidance, training, and feedback to support their professional development and ensure the successful execution of digital marketing tasks
