Graduates and above (Preferred in marketing specialization).
Key responsibilities:
1. Data sourcing & management: Sourcing the data of college faculties, HoD, and principals from different websites like college websites, LinkedIn, etc. Maintaining the database of students on the internal templates of the organization. Identifying different college activity groups through channels like Instagram, college social media pages, etc.
2. Marketing through organization visit: Preparing the introductory documents as part of pre-meet preparation. Visiting the college/university as per the list and having effective meetings. Observing the scope of field marketing in that organization during the visit. Monitoring the scale and agility of EduGATE field marketing activities in colleges
3. Conversion: Scheduling the director s meetings and visits to organizations as per the requirement. Taking follow-ups as per the timeline
4. Execution: Guiding and monitoring junior executives for daily field marketing tasks and activities in colleges. Managing field marketing events like expos and seminars at colleges/universities
Note: The majority (more than 75%) of work will be based in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar. However, you will need to travel to the major cities of Gujarat to meet academicians in colleges as and when required.
