The selected intern will have the following responsibilities:
1. Engage with parents, explaining our teaching methods and informing underprivileged students about the program. Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' interest.
2. Organize campus tours for parents and training sessions for underprivileged students. They'll get a first-hand experience of our youth mentoring program and attend the training.
3. Keep in touch with parents and candidates, ensuring smooth admission and enrollment into the program.
4. Support students and parents with any questions they have, offering guidance and motivation during the enrollment process.
5. Build a pool of suitable candidates for the program through strategic outreach and nurturing potential leads.
