Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing profiles to interviewing and onboarding new employees
2. Create and maintain employee profiles, ensuring data accuracy
3. Assist with the development of HR policies and procedures
4. Assist with organizing various training and development activities
5. Handle employee queries and provide them with the necessary support
6. Act as a point of contact between HR and other departments
