JOB SUMMARY

Experience in SAP OTC, P2P, PTD and 3PL functional areas.

Experience in configuration output message for outbound IDOCs

Experience in implementation of EDI migration (from one EDI subsystem to another) projects.

Understanding business process and provide required inputs to EDI service provider

SAP EDI Functional Experience in SAP IDOC (inbound, outbound, mapping, message type)

Experience in ANSI X12 (EDI 810, 850, 856, 855, 860, 820,204, 210, 214, 940, 945, 944 and 997 documents) and EDIFACT.

Exposure to any one of the EDI subsystem (Open text Active documents, Elemica, Gentran Integration suite, etc., ).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for end-to-end B2B EDI setups (from requirements to mapping in PO and implementation in Production)
Communicate with end users and partners to understand requirements and carry on with the implementation until it is live and stable.
Share regular updates to Business stakeholders.
Share knowledge with other team members
Specify and document changes and updates to existing developments with minor supervision.
Minor degree of project management may occur.
Guide and mentor other consultants when necessary
Work cross-functionally in collaboration with other team members
Create knowledge base articles if new and recurring issues exist.
Need to work in interface enhancements if requirements come.
