JOB SUMMARY

Are you a recent MBA graduate with a keen interest in human resources and a passion for technology? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an MBA - Entry-Level Technical Recruiter. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to apply your strategic thinking and analytical skills to attract and hire top talent for technical positions within our organization. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and contribute to the growth of our technical teams. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles and Responsibilities for HR Technical Recruiter:

  • Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for technical roles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in negotiating offers and onboarding selected candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • MBA degree with a focus on HR, Business, or a related field preferred. (freshers - 2 years of experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about technical roles and skills.
