ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Designation: Business Development Specialist

Experience: 1-3 Years

Language: Telugu, Hindi, English

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing or any other related field. Relevant experience of years or 1 to 2 years is preferred.

• Strong sense of ownership and an ability to self-assign tasks keeping the ‘big-picture’ in mind.

• Working knowledge of analytic tools like Google Analytics and Excel.

• Proficient at communicating quickly and effectively with various stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

• Consistently executing market research and identifying potential clients.

• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Taking charge of retrieving information from clients and managing the flow of information.

• Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

• Developing and implementing sales strategies.

• Analyzing sales data to improve client service and retention plans.

• Processing strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage efficiently with various levels of clients, staff, and management.
