ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Service Executive , you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing the world of consulting services. With your proficiency in on of the following languages Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, and English, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds and acquiring new customers for our company.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting outreach and engaging with potential clients in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, and English to promote our consulting services
2. Building and maintaining relationships with customers through effective communication in multiple languages
3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted marketing strategies
4. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement customer acquisition strategies
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
6. Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to optimize acquisition efforts
7. Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
