ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
2. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
3. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
4. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Note: Must have experience with Node JS, React JS, Blockchain, React Native, Blockchain rust, and Mern stack developer.
