Key responsibilities:
1. Spending 3 to 5 hours per day on calling the target customer (high net-worth individuals) to get real estate sales closed (At least 30-50 calls per day is expected)
2. Updating data of customer response in CRM on a real-time basis
3. Working on sales calls to fix meetings and close interested customers for real estate transactions in the Gurgaon real estate market
4. Developing selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a business development manager
5. Interacting with our real estate customers and providing updated details to them about pricing, presentation, brochures, floor plans, site plans, etc.
Requirements:
1. 2 or 4-wheelers are a must for this sales job and candidates with their own vehicles to commute will be preferred
2. Excellent communication skills and an outspoken extrovert personality is required for the profile
1. BBA or MBA in sales and marketing
2. Graduation or postgraduation in another field will be considered but they must have a flair for sales
