Key responsibilities:
1. Spend 5-10 hours per day making calls to high-net-worth individuals to schedule meetings for the sales team; aim to make 50 to 100 calls per day
2. Update customer response data in CRM/Excel in real-time
3. Conduct sales calls to convert interested customers for real estate investing in the Gurgaon area
4. Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a business development executive
5. Interact with customers and provide updated project details, rates, and other information through WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
Note:
1. 2 or 4-wheelers are recommended for this job and candidates will prefer their vehicles to commute
2. Excellent communication and an outspoken extrovert personality is required for the profile
