Eligibility- Btech/Mtech graduate.
We need an ATL trainer/science lab trainer/stem trainer.
Job Description- Candidates with Btech in electronics, and CSE will be preferred. Also, the candidate should be aware of coding, Arduino, and microcontrollers, and should know some computer languages like Python, etc. Candidate should have the proper technical knowledge or should be able to learn fast. If he or she has experience in STEM, curriculum development, and science lab teaching, then he would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
a. ATL setup and operation will involve:
1. Managing the infrastructure and logistics related to setting up the lab and managing it on a day-to-day basis
2. Dealing with school management, infrastructure providers, and students
b. ATL Advocacy and community engagement will involve:
1. Recruitment for ATL usage from the host school and adjoining communities
2. Running in-school programs to enhance students involvement
3. Running local campaigns/ events in the local community to improve the involvement of the local community with the ATL; to ensure that the ATL works in sync with local needs
4. Managing local public relations to ensure that the reputation and usage of ATL improve with time
5. Promoting socially relevant student innovations that solve local problems in associated communities
e. Student education and mentoring will involve:
1. Facilitating the learning of youth in the ATLs as per the curriculum
2. Understanding and moving participants toward Tech Creation outcomes and, tech project building to help solve local community problems
3. Identifying and reaching out to mentors or experts when needed
d. The ATL center manager will also actively participate in keeping ATL usage records and documenting the impact.

Salary: 30,000.00 per month
