For this role, we need you to have a strong understanding of the following design aspects:
User Experience: User centered design principles, UX processes and design deliverables.
Design thinking: Running workshops, user research and testing.
UI design: Icon design, page layout, form design, and design principles.
Accessibility: A11y principles, WCAG, color contrast, responsive design.
Interaction design: Micro-interactions, interactive states and responsive design.
Design language: Design and branding guidelines, managing design systems.
Contribute to design assets: Hi Fi and Lo Fi designs, guidelines, iconography and design systems
Collaborate with other designers to research, validate and disseminate assets
Create components, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Gather user input to define and inform design work and decisions
Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies
Conduct workshops and knowledge sessions
